Teams allow group collaboration inside LettsNews. Share and co-edit stories, manage content and distribution, and assign roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer). Go to Teams → Create Team, invite collaborators.

Credits are used when you choose to use AI-powered features — NewsAgent, AI editing, fact-checking, image generation and promotional content creation. Manual writing does not use credits.

In practice, most users don't unexpectedly run out. Plans are designed to support regular AI use, with options to purchase more credits or upgrade if usage increases.

If you're experimenting or publishing occasionally, Free is a good start. If you publish around once a week or more, a paid plan supports that rhythm. Higher tiers suit frequent publishing and team collaboration.

AI features pause until your credits reset. You can still upload, collaborate and publish stories (within your plan's story limit). Top up 250 credits for £9.99 or upgrade instantly.

Yes. Change plans anytime from account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle; cancellations at the end of your current period.

Yes. The Free plan gives you access to the full workspace with structured publishing tools and included AI credits — no credit card required.

Publishing marks the point at which a story is editorially final and approved for release. Once published, the content is locked and ready for distribution and promotion. Drafts remain fully editable until this point.

Yes. Once a story is Saved, you can schedule when it will be published — plan releases, meet deadlines and manage embargoes.

Scheduled Publishing happens after Saving. Teams can complete drafting, review and approval first, then set a future date and time for Publication.

After a story is completed and published, it becomes available for distribution. You then select channels and push the story live from within LettsNews.

LettsNews currently supports distribution to WordPress, Medium and Substack (via structured copy and paste). Additional distribution channels are being added over time.

No. LettsNews lets you distribute the same structured story across multiple platforms without rewriting or reformatting.

Distribution channels are configured in your profile settings. Once connected and verified, they can be selected when distributing a story.

Where platform APIs allow, distribution can be automated directly from LettsNews. For platforms without API support (such as Substack), structured copy tools ensure fast and consistent manual publishing.

Once a story has been distributed, use the Promote feature to generate platform-specific promotional content. Select the version of the story you want to promote, and LettsNews creates suggested posts.
